Unit Support & Classroom Instructors - CCT provide staff to lead classroom instruction (or act as proctors) as well as provide unit support (and concierge service for the physician lounges) during Go-Live. CCT’s methodology provides for the training of the Unit Support staff prior to Go-Live. We also use (as far as possible) our classroom instructors for unit support, thus providing continuity to the training and a uniquely high quality of unit support. Instructors are almost always obtained locally, unless there is a specific accreditation needed.

Program Management - Program Management organizes various training projects across an organization. This department ensures that all projects work together according to the overall project plan. Program Managers are obtained at a national level and all program managers have demonstrated experience successfully completing large scale projects to schedule and budget.

Project Management - Our Project management team work alongside the Program Managers but organize specific projects within the larger training program. Project managers generally work at the local level but our core team of Project Managers are obtained at a national level.

Scheduling - ensures that sufficient classes are scheduled to accommodate all of the students, as well as ensuring that each class and training project has sufficient training personnel. The Scheduler also ensures that there is adequate coverage on the units for the Go-live. Schedulers can also function (double) as Team Leads and/or quality assurance reporters.

Team Leads - are a key aspect of our training approach and serve a dual purpose. They provide management of the Unit Support Staff and Instructors, allocating and scheduling resources as needed for the various stages of the implementation. They also function as an important communication node between the overall project management leads, the hospital staff and the CCT implementation support staff.

Data Management - Manage and control the classroom data in the training environment. This includes identifying training examples to use in the classroom, and ensuring that the data is entered properly for use by students in the classroom. This department also ensures that data is refreshed at the end of each class. Data Managers can be obtained at the local, regional or national level depending upon the scope of the project.

Curriculum Development - Identifies which classes are needed and the materials needed to give the classes including classroom materials, hand-outs, curricula, etc. Curriculum Development Managers are supplied on a client by client basis as needed. They will all have experience in adult education and can be obtained locally or at the regional/national level.

Quality Assurance - Develops reports to be used to ensure the quality level and success of the overall project. Identifies which reports will be needed, collates the information submitted for these reports, and reports results to appropriate stakeholders. Quality assurance managers can be obtained locally, regionally or nationally depending on the scope of the project. Their roll may also double within the framework of a Project Manager and/or Scheduler.
